About Us
Mr. Balerud opened his own office in downtown Tacoma after working for 17 years as a senior partner at a local law firm. He has enjoyed success in many well publicized, high profile cases in State and Federal Court, and he has achieved favorable results for clients as far reaching as California, Oregon, Alaska, and South Dakota. Past clients and fellow lawyers alike recognize his legal talent and skill, with one colleague noting that “Mr. Balerud is not only an excellent attorney, he is an institution in Pierce County courts.”
Mr. Balerud has assembled a team of highly trained paralegals to assist him in achieving top results for every client. Headed by Pamela Rainwater, every paralegal can be trusted with confidential information and will ensure that all strategic decisions are at Mr. Balerud’s direction. This team approach allows for great communication with our clients and ensures the best result on every case.
Mr. Balerud and his family reside in University Place. In his limited free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, fishing, sailing, and is an especially avid Seahawks’ fan.
